Sweet Salads

Millionaire Salad

1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz can chink or crushed pineapple
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 cup walnut pieces
1 9 oz Cool Whip
Mix together and chill

Snicker Salad

1 pkg (3oz) vanilla pudding
8 oz coolwhip
4 snickers candy bars
¼ c milk
5 or 6 red or green apples
Stir together cool whip, pudding and milk. Chop apples, chop candy bars into small pieces, toss all together and refrigerate.

Caramel Apple Salad

15 oz can crushed pineapple
1 box sugar free/fat free Butterscotch pudding
8 oz fat free or light cool whip
4 or 5 apples (depends on size)
Mix pineapple and pudding, fold in cool whip and apples. Refrigerate.

Beef Pinwheels

12 oz thinly sliced deli roast beef
4 oz herb flavored cream cheese
4 large tortillas
½ c. green olives
1 medium red pepper
Finely chop green olives and red pepper and combine with cream cheese. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla and place deli roast beef over cheese layer and add another cheese layer on top. Roll tightly and refrigerate sealed for at least 30 minutes. Cut each roll cross wise into pinwheels and serve.
